The blowdoor test was conducted at our place yesterday. Unfortunately, without information to us that it was going to be done. I find that a pity and I would have liked to be there. In our documents, I can't find any regulation, only a note that it is required for the KFW.

We are very satisfied with the general contractor, but I still would have liked to be present. At handover, we now get a piece of paper without being able to check the values.

How much does a self-initiated test cost approximately?

How did you handle it?

Thanks for googling ;) Primarily, I was more interested in your experience.

Unfortunately, I can only get back to you in 9 months.... I would also like to experience it live; therefore, I can very well understand your frustration.

We are desperately trying to get a construction schedule ... The site manager is hesitating a bit. We haven't really missed anything important yet. We'll see ...

We were always informed of important dates even without a construction schedule :)

Hello,

we have received all the Kfw applications and confirmations from the developer. He also bore all the costs even though it was not included in the contract. Accordingly, we did not care when what was tested.

Are you being charged the costs? If a Kfw house was offered, it must also be confirmed.
