Hmm, well I only know it like this, that different hourly rates are charged on craftsman invoices for masters, journeymen, and helpers. As for [Azubi], I don't know right now, I would have to check if one has appeared on any invoice.

That's how I know it too, that's why I came up with the topic.

That is rather the first response that suits your purpose...

It has already come up several times.
Do you have an offer based on hourly wages?
Or an offer based on positions? Socket X euros, meter cabinet Y euros?

In the first case (which is not necessarily advantageous for the client in practice), the apprentice must of course be billed differently. In the second case, you pay for the part regardless of who installs it and how long it takes.

Edit: In the case of individual awarding, the actual hours often appear in the last position. The individual hourly rates are listed there. So if something is not covered by the offer and additional hours are necessary by agreement, this will be charged.

Once again the question. Why do you care who did the work? You yourself say that the price neither falls nor rises. So what is it now?

When I go to the car workshop because the brakes need to be completely done, the order is: obtain suitable parts, remove old brakes, install new ones. I receive a quote regarding the number of labor hours + parts. It is clear that this must be done properly according to all the rules of the craft and safety. Afterwards, the car drives again as it should and the driver is happy. On what basis should there now be different billing if the apprentice did the work and the master finally approved it accordingly?
