BG-Bau/Professional Association. When are construction works considered completed?

I would be interested to know when you reported your house construction as completed to BG-Bau? Really after all work was done or already before? For us, the courtyard is paved, but the terrace/outdoor facilities are to be done next year. There are said to be people whose outdoor facilities are only completed years later. Does BG-Bau then still consider it as not completed? Thanks

How has your contact with BG-Bau been so far? I have never had any myself - just built and that's that. For me, the construction is finished when it is ready to move in or when you are living in it. No one should care about outdoor facilities or the driveway, and I also don't ask BG-Bau about any changes to the terrace, building a garden shed, or a nail hammered into the wall.

Little tip... the sooner you have nothing to do with the club anymore, the better!

There was also a completion notification to the building authority. I would have taken that date.

Don't see it so strictly. Or do you really have helper hours that still need to be done?
