Thank you , the experience will certainly help us in the future. However, it seems we are somewhat lacking the knack; a previous project (not discussed here) already failed for other reasons. According to the website, the houses discussed here are supposed to be completed by the end of 2024; the houses and apartments are also advertised as such.
