The mentioned pipelines are simply not registered in the land register. The owner of the farmhouse has provided a sketch with the presumed location from the municipality. We have the excerpt from the land register. I need to read it again calmly. To my knowledge, however, nothing about the pipelines was mentioned in it.

I just looked at the land register excerpt available to me. It says: "Encumbrances on the parcel xxx (farm estate) district ...: easement (right of way for supply and disposal lines) for the respective owner of parcel no. yyy (our property).

I don't know whether well pipes and cable television are really included there; with drinking water, I would suspect so.

Found more. I also have an excerpt from the notary regarding the right of way and easement. 155/4 is the peasant property, 155/8 would be us.
