Hello Peter,
I am facing the same problem. Our house was built in 1968 and the employee from the LRA said that the remaining useful life is not given for the BayernLabo and an expert opinion is needed. She did not tell me exactly which one and where. My energy consultant said that is nonsense because the renovation roadmap shows what will be renovated, accordingly the lifespan will probably be extended.
However, we also lack more detailed information and would appreciate any info.
Furthermore, I have been waiting at our LRA for 3 weeks to find out whether we are even eligible for funding (all documents submitted). The woman said interest subsidies probably yes but housing promotion rather poor because funds are depleted. Do you know more about this?
Regards
Hello Murat,
do you have a male or female caseworker in Neu-Ulm? If it’s a woman, we probably have the same caseworker.
I find our responsible caseworker very unfriendly, and we only get information after explicit inquiries. Yesterday we called again to clarify a few questions and during the conversation, it was clear that the caseworker did not feel like answering our questions.
What experiences have you had there?
