For cost reasons, we then decided against the button version (Hansgrohe). With us, the 3 variants are adjusted via another rotary knob. However, we have changed the spray head of the handheld shower. With our handheld, you can then switch between "normal shower function" and "rain shower" (waterfall). So in the end, there are 4 functions after all.

Different inlet noises have also been reported here. Well, you probably can't test that beforehand, I'll have to take the risk. Otherwise, there's a battery-operated mixer stick and then I'll foam up my bath myself.
