Bathroom planning - The bathroom studio recommended a T solution to us

we are currently working on the bathroom planning and are not really satisfied with the result from our bathroom studio.
I would like to ask here for ideas and alternatives.

Our bathroom is 3.81 meters long and 2.75 meters wide, so just under 12 sqm in size.
The bathroom studio recommended a T layout, but here we only have a passage width to the shower and toilet of 55 cm each. That seems very narrow to me.

And is the children's bathroom upstairs the same layout? How many people is the bathroom designed for? Any requirements for tub or washbasin? Where is the drain pipe? Has anything been built yet? Are the door or windows still movable? Tell me about it.

Yes, exactly, the children's bathroom is basically our "master bathroom" and has the same layout as the sketch (2.75m by 3.81m). The bathroom will be used by 4 people, it is important to me to have a floor-level shower, preferably walk-in, a double sink, and a bathtub. The door is still variable, the windows are no longer changeable. The downpipe is on the left in the exterior wall.

The first suggestion has the disadvantage that the washbasin is at the door.
I don’t see a T-solution.
