I like Yvonne's second suggestion. It's always interesting to see that the T-wall is often the rather "worse" solution in such bathrooms.

We have such a T-wall and are very satisfied with it! But we also have enough passage width.

Ultimately, it's just a matter of taste....

I like ypg's second suggestion, with one but
I don't see enough room for a cabinet there. Maybe a not too deep dresser partially under the window by the sink. But I think it would rather be in the way...

Cabinets under the washbasin... hanging sideboards under windows... towels somewhere as well [emoji848]

I think your second suggestion is great! Yes, and I have the feeling that bathroom planners have chosen the T-shaped bathroom as the new trendy standard and solution for everything....

Bathroom vanity cabinet is clear, but at least the sideboards under the windows are too close to the toilet and the washbasin for my taste. But that can be misleading because the dimensions are missing.
