Bathroom planning 11m2 - Still looking for more ideas

Would something like this be possible? I'm interested because we have a similar setup. The washbasin wall wouldn't have to be room-high.

o.k., looks much better already. Does the privacy wall have to be between the toilet and the sink? I really don’t like the corners for cleaning even though it looks a bit nicer. You could gain a few more cm there. and move the sink a little closer to the toilet. 69cm is not much even with the other door hinge.

Edit: My entry does not refer to Allstar’s suggestion. There you have to find special solutions for the mirror above the sink with a half-height wall. It exists, but it’s not easy and often expensive. And no light from the window at the sink.

It was just rejected by my wife, with the same arguments that lbdk14 just wrote

Maybe it would be better to hang the door the other way around

Let the door open outwards... Would that still be an option?

Having the door open outwards is not comfortable, as there is only a small hallway "area" here. The lack of space in the bathroom corresponds to the stairwell.
