So, since Berlin has now announced its future multiplier rate and wants to follow the federal model, I was able to determine relatively confidently on the calculator what my future property tax will be: 1044 EUR/year. Expensive, but I probably won't go broke... Let's see if the constitutional complaint will still be successful.

How much did you pay before? Over 1000€ is already quite expensive.

Unfortunately, it cannot be compared, as my basic property tax assessment amount currently refers to the undeveloped plot. However, I can transfer from my condominium, where the quarterly amount would increase from about €90.xy to €95.xy. So I assume that it would not have increased that much here either...

Well, the little house is twice as large in living space and instead of 33m² of plot share, I have 498m² all by myself. Of course, with a lower BRW, but that's just Berlin.
