Basement costs in prefabricated houses

most prefabricated houses are without a basement. What would a basement approximately cost if you wanted to place a prefabricated house on it?

Does soil need to be excavated or rock?

We are getting a living cellar with underfloor heating in two rooms under our prefabricated house (9m x 11m) - this fun costs us around 48 thousand euros (without excavation).

It depends on many factors:
- where it is being built
- how big it is being built
- only basement rooms or partially also to be used as living space (office, guest room)
- is a so-called white tank necessary?
- prefabricated basement or stone on stone or cast on site?

I'll put it this way, our basement of our current prefabricated house cost completely finished (with tiles, wallpaper, stairs, etc.) about 70,000 to 80,000 euros - almost 6 years ago. We have a white tank (concrete walls cast on site), proper windows (not just small basement windows), insulated on the outside again and a bitumen layer on top, 2 rooms with underfloor heating, etc. etc.

That also strongly depends on the "strategy" of the prefab house manufacturer, since the base slab has to be offset. With Schwörerhaus, you pay "only" 5-10 thousand euros more for a pure utility basement with a house size of 9x11m. Of course, excluding excavation, soil removal, etc.
