The 18195 no longer exists - or rather, only terminologies are explained there. Instead, there is now the 18530 series - depending on the stress and position of the sealing.

Here is the corresponding detail from 18533 Part 1 - shown with a cellar underneath but that does not matter for the connection of the ETICS to the surrounding ground space.
There you see a "moisture protection," which must be installed 5 cm above GOK. This moisture protection is, for example, from Sto the product StoFlexyl - you can download the datasheet online on the website if you search for the product.
It is a so-called flexible sealing slurry, which is of course also available from other manufacturers, but since you used products from Sto, I strongly recommend always using products from the same system.
Normally it is gray and can be painted over with the facade color.
