Thank you. We have already planned some buffer time, but since everything probably turns out differently than expected, we also have a Plan B here. We have a certain but limited leeway with the current landlord and otherwise there is a holiday apartment from a good friend. Since all this involves additional costs, however, we try to avoid it.

Presumably, it would have been more sensible here to submit the entire project including renovation as financing to the bank. On the one hand, this would never have caused the problem of understanding regarding the flawlessness with the bank, and on the other hand, the equity share would have been higher and thus possibly the interest conditions better.
