Hi, I want to buy a house into which a sauna was installed in the bathroom in 2014. I don’t want to have the sauna.
Is it common to take your sauna with you when you move out? In other words, can I expect the current owners to take their sauna with them when they move out?
If not, can such a sauna be easily removed? Or do I have to expect that behind/underneath it there are no normal wall tiles?

Whether it’s a lot, we’ll leave that aside. Some apparently have the idea that as a real estate agent you only go to the viewing three times, don’t really take care of anything, and still (unjustly) get thousands of euros. Unfortunately, it’s not quite like that, as many in our company have already experienced...
