does anyone have experience regarding the processing time of the Application for the Promotion of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energies in Buildings through Individual Measures (BEG)? I submitted mine in January 2021 and have not heard anything so far. Every attempt to make contact has failed. Emails are not answered and by phone, regardless of the time of day, there is an answering machine...

I'm surprised. We submitted the application for the heat pump subsidy (maximum amount: €17,500) at the end of December and received confirmation after a few days. Wasn't BAFA and KfW merged, or has BAFA's funding been transferred to KfW?

Until December 31, 2020, I believe it ran through the KfW, since January 1, 2021, unfortunately through the BAFA
