In the end, it will be roughly €350K.

We have an air heat pump and therefore do not need a gas connection.

so water and electricity wouldn't be bad anyway. we have calculated 15,000 for gas, water, electricity, telephone, sewage, rainwater combined. we have calculated 10,000 for the authorities, land acquisition, surveying, etc. so far everything is fitting quite well.

Water, electricity and telecommunications have been connected by a company together. I do not have the invoice yet, estimate not at hand right now. Drainage will be around 2,000€. I will gladly write again when I have final numbers and break down the items. Cheers, torsan
