I would say that means there was no groundwater in that area, but during heavy rain everything can get wet (you often see after rainy days meadows that are completely soaked with puddles and others where there is hardly any surface moisture).

There are probably other sealing methods, which are likely to be cheaper than WU concrete. However, our general contractor exclusively uses a WU base slab for W 2.1-E.

After your hint, I also researched the WU base slab and came across the fact several times that there are probably other sealing methods.

Hello!

I have another question..

At KRB 2, till was found at a depth of 0.8 to 1.9 m.
At KRB 1, however, it was not found.

The main contractor we are currently in contact with said that it could be that the till is everywhere except where KRB 1 is, or KRB 2 was a small "lucky shot."

However, I should assume the worst case, which would more than double the earthworks, as it would need to be removed everywhere.

What can I do to find out if the till is actually everywhere?

Let it be redrilled.
Or grab a spade... it might take a while at about a meter depth, but then you'll have more clues.

In the end, you'll only see it when excavating.

The property is already yours, so just take the costs as they come.
Billing with the civil engineer not by fixed price but by m3 (or better tons).
For the bank, assume the higher costs. For you, something in the middle.
