Unfortunately, the image links did not work above, so here are the two wall anchor variants:

External thread:

Internal thread:

Thank you!!!

I have created a more detailed sketch for clarification.

Does it make sense to calculate the bending moment or to offset it with the torque of the dowels? I want to avoid another failure as much as possible... :-P

The bending moment certainly seems so "small" that I can press the flat steel almost completely flat against the wall with full muscular effort. However, I cannot estimate how many Nm of bending moment that corresponds to.

If nothing speaks against the Rawl wall anchors with external thread, i.e., with a nut, apart from the more complicated disassembly, I would now like to try these. With the other variant, I still have the concern that I may not be able to fully countersink the screws due to the bending moment and that the anchor will not set properly. Please provide feedback again.

Thanks as always!

Thank you! To my knowledge, a hyphen is not a job title, so please fill in this gap in your profile Rheinische Grüße

Both are equally good. You could lock the one with external thread from the back with a nut and thus have the bracket lie flush against the lock nut.

Why is the bracket bent at all?
