So with such a small amount, a bank switch hardly comes into question... even if the costs for the land charge assignment are relatively low. Since many banks say: we only do the work starting from a 100k financing.
Therefore, it makes sense to stay with the house bank for such amounts.
Possibly if you can/want to pay more? What speaks against:
- making a 3-year contract with the house bank, just without special repayment (remaining debt after 3 years 50k?)
- then making a 50k building savings contract with an interest rate of 2,xx%, which matures for allocation in 3 years
that is then flexible with special repayments etc.
