Area 34 - Green meadow, uncertainty regarding the eaves height or knee wall height

Otherwise, I am a peace-loving person, but if a building authority in a 34-zone were to tell me something about an independent knee wall height restriction, I would immediately get a lawyer involved – absolutely (you can blame me for that if you understand). Honestly, I would do the same in any development plan area: the appearance of the village can be completely indifferent about how far below the eaves height I place my floor ceiling. Regulations are legitimate, harassment is not.

Oh, that already exists? I do assume that you will get everything approved. But if there were a height limit and I was asked if it could be exceeded, I would say: first adjust it at the bottom and then see what to do next.

Ah, misunderstanding - just preliminary planning or rather the first planning with the construction company (I will receive it in the next few days and will gladly provide it then). It's more about the fact that otherwise we would have to rethink and redesign quite a few other points (currently planned as a gable end and without dormers, if necessary one could certainly change this and then work with dormers - but that would cost a lot more and would be absolutely suboptimal for photovoltaics).
