Are the costs for the electricity house connection justified?

we are building a house in Brandenburg and I have now received the cost breakdown from the local network operator. However, I have to say that I find the prices a bit high. Could you please take a look:

The house connection is calculated as follows (edis):
Network connection house connection pillar up to 100 A = 1023.27
Commissioning network connection = 108.40
Additional length 32 meters = 817.28
Total gross: 2319.25 euros

Then there is construction electricity calculated for 60 days = 550 euros

And additionally, we are supposed to pay again for the connection from the house connection pillar into the house. Costs currently not known.

I find the prices extremely excessive.

Briefly about the house.
The house is about 45 meters away from the property boundary.
We are building a simple 1.5-story house with an air heat pump.

The prices for public development are set in a catalog. Nothing can be changed about that, and it does not matter whether it is justified. Therefore, the question is whether you then do not take electricity or what your question is aiming at?
