Are the costs for the electricity house connection justified?

You can have a look in the catalog, it should be available on their website, and compare the prices. But why 3000? For the network connection, you are at 1000, that is completely normal. Construction power is not included.

45m distance is unusually long. The local flat rate includes 15m, which seems more common to me.

Look forward to your sewage shaft if it also has to be that long ... oh dear.

Wastewater will probably really become more expensive than electricity. And cable and telephone will also still hit hard.

Your "problem" is not the connection price but the 45 meters.

Just btw... why even a house connection column? Around here, something like that is usually completely omitted.
