Are the construction costs listed correctly?

Exactly... there is no construction that runs perfectly.... but with the right choice, you become a happier homeowner after one to two years

Professionally, I have already had the opportunity to experience several architects, sometimes had to. The problem is, they can't keep it simple. It always has to be something special, and that makes it expensive. Some are creative planners, but the site management... phew. Others are so miserable with the craftsmen that no one wants to work with them anymore. Because it’s a myth that they are only obliged to the client. If they don’t even look at a craftsman’s a**, they are kings without a country.
Privately, we therefore chose a [GU], purely based on reputation and feeling. Haven’t regretted it so far. Karsten

Depending on the federal state, you can have less bzw. This concerns the attic/roof space; then less is also allowed:

exactly... architects unfortunately are not structural engineers who then have to implement it... that's why communication between the two is important... and in a general contractor you definitely have that... and much much cheaper

here is the cut! What do you think? As mentioned, much is predetermined by the construction plan....

Well, then it’s not as bad as expected. The room height will actually be somewhat more. Only the WF calculation is made with 2.30 as a reference...
