Maybe a stupid question, but if I now get offers from the painter for filling and sanding from Q2 to Q3, and then painting – but I don't want the stuff painted white, rather in colors – they do that too, right? Does that cost a lot more?
At the hardware store there are 1000 beautiful color cards showing in which shade you can paint your wall. How do I teach the painter in which "shade of gray" I want my bedroom?
You have to tell him the matching color number of the color you like. Either you ask him which brand he uses and have him give you a color chart for it, or you pick something from any brand and he can basically "convert" it. He has a chart so that he can mix any desired color from other brands as well.
Is the sink attached to the wall...?
