I agree with . At least I imagine observing that the area of tension between equity/construction costs/consumption is drifting further apart, and that not everything is approved anymore.

But that is not necessarily a contradiction - rather the K-shape of the corona crisis. If you bring enough money, a lot of money is still available cheaply. The hot air for the bank in the valuation was brought by the customer with equity; the risk is lower. Welcome customer. On the other leg of the Ks it looks different: little equity, high financing sum, market valuation at the very top - fewer chances for the loan.

In any case, the situation is different than in previous years, so the next few months (in many respects) will certainly be very exciting.

It’s not really different than 3 years ago. House prices were already very high then and interest rates even higher. Still the same game.
