Hello,
I currently have a crazy idea - i.e. really just an idea at the absolute beginning stage. Therefore, I have not yet obtained any concrete documents on this.
In a neighboring town, I saw that an existing property from the 1950s is for sale. The seller has already carried out various renovations. These include the roof as well as windows + shutters.
New buildings must currently be built according to the requirements of the Energy Saving Ordinance 2014 (latest requirements).
What requirements regarding energy saving are there for existing properties? For example, I noticed in the initial description that the windows have only double glazing and not the triple glazing I know. Also, I can imagine that although the roof renovation was well done, the renovation may not have been carried out according to current energy standards.
It is currently just an idea - maybe I will drop it as well. After all, the burden of homeownership is actually enough for me.
