Apartment above ground-level garage - sound insulation, thermal insulation

Hello everyone,

I have my eye on a new apartment to buy but am uncertain about a few points.

The apartment is on the first floor. However, there is no apartment below it but rather: 2 carports and the living-dining room, enclosed garage under the bedroom

My concerns with a request for your assessment:
- Noise from the cars, especially when someone starts their car in the enclosed garage under my bedroom?
- Insulation: in the bedroom always cold because the garage is underneath? The suspended area (above the carports) is apparently insulated from below...

- Possible thermal bridges? For example bedroom above garage or terrace at living/dining area on garage

It is actually a Kfw55 house, but I am not able to judge whether insulation at these points or thermal bridges are excluded.

I lived on the ground floor for 10 years, where directly below was the garage parking, out of about 16 units, and I didn't hear anything :-) rather, the neighbors heard me when I left on my motorcycle. During the early shift, I always pushed the bike out for the sake of peace. But the building in general was very well sound insulated. Just test it yourself, preferably bring a friend who has a loud car or motorcycle, etc.

The former apartment of my wife was also above some garages. When the gates were opened and closed, you were awake in the morning. The best thing would really be to do a test listening.
