Why, it says between 1% and 10%?

7.00 + 2.00 + 2.00 = 11.00 and that is clearly greater than 10.00.

Oh, right :) An initial repayment rate of 7% is so not feasible for me that I didn't even think anyone could think like that :D

As mentioned, it is also always important what the repayment rate is calculated on.

It varies from bank to bank. You really have to read what is stated in the contract.

Here, for example, is our wording with Allianz:

"The borrower has the option to waive once a loan portion of up to 10% of the loan amount up to 18 months after the first disbursement from the loan.
A non-acceptance fee as well as a commitment interest for this waiver will not be applied.
The originally agreed interest and repayment rate remains unchanged, i.e. in the case of non-acceptance of the partial amount, the repayment portion within the rate increases accordingly."

After reading the contract offered to you, no questions should remain, otherwise it would not be a good contract.

Some things are stated in the General Loan Conditions (which are an appendix and part of the contract) and in addition the individually agreed terms with you in the actual contract.

Exactly. And that is why I ask you specialists here about the unclear things :)

The difference between changing the repayment rate related to the repayment portion within the installment and the original repayment rate is not yet completely clear to me in terms of understanding. Where exactly do my advantages and disadvantages lie with each method?
