Ancillary purchase costs decrease after financing

Did someone miscalculate, undercharge, or how does the difference arise?
My notary only issued the final invoice over a year later. "During the review of files it was noticed..." or something like that the letter started ;)

Why only after moving in? That was my very first invoice after purchase. The state is very quick and very strict when it comes to such high tax amounts. And it came months before the actual purchase price payment.

You probably mean the annual property tax. In my opinion, the real estate transfer tax is even the very first thing that comes up. You have to have paid that and obtained a "certificate of no objection."

One should file everything neatly from the beginning. You will receive so many documents and invoices that a slip box makes no sense.
