"The construction period (from the start of construction to readiness for occupancy) is 10 months, subject to weather-related downtime. The aforementioned price is considered a binding fixed price for the entire construction period, but for no longer than 18 months after the contract is concluded.
If, for example, two months pass from signing to the start of construction, there remain six months of the price guarantee beyond the construction period. Six months of frost within sixteen months is hardly to be exceeded in our latitudes.
The conditions all appear to me to be reasonable and customary in the market.
In solid construction, move-in dates cannot be determined precisely. This is also normal.
