If, for example, two months pass from signing to the start of construction, there remain six months of the price guarantee beyond the construction period. Six months of frost within sixteen months is hardly to be exceeded in our latitudes.

The conditions all appear to me to be reasonable and customary in the market.

In solid construction, move-in dates cannot be determined precisely. This is also normal.

I can't really understand some of the answers here at all, but you don't have to have the stomach aches. It's always the same with the advance payments: for technology and co in the closed shell, relatively little remains. However, it's more or less the same everywhere. The price guarantee seems relatively good to me compared to 12 months, the construction time is realistically estimated. It is important that you can economically assess the BU well. Because: you can try to change the conditions, but it often doesn't succeed. Regards, Yvonne

What do you say about these advance payments:

5% upon submission of the construction application plans
5% upon installation of the base slab
15% upon installation of the basement ceiling
18% upon installation of the ceiling above the ground floor
10% upon erection of the roof truss
20% upon installation of the rough installation (sanitary or electrical)
15% upon installation of the interior plaster
10% upon installation of the interior door frames
2% upon acceptance or occupancy by the client

I would never sign.

2% final payment is too little. Agree on at least 5%, better 10 or 15%.

Then it should say: After completion, not "at".

The shell construction is probably paid too expensive without windows and without roofing. I would have that included. Shell construction, roofed and with windows: 60%

That fits. Keyword completion guarantee. That puts it at 7%. The payment schedule is okay
