Air source heat pump & chimney directly next to each other

Are there any problems regarding fine dust if the air heat pump is on the roof and the chimney is right next to it?

Single-flue, room-air-dependent chimney; 18cm diameter; manufacturer: TONA; model TONAtec. Wood stove - only wood as fuel.

The fan is located south of the chimney, since the main wind direction is north only to a very small percentage, theoretically the exhaust gases are not carried towards the ventilation.

The distance between the fan and the chimney is about 1m.

My gut feeling says optimal is different but it will work. In the worst case, you will have to clean the slats/ribs from time to time. Try additionally to achieve different heights on both sides. Basically, it will surely work. However, have it confirmed in writing by the plumber in case something bigger comes up.
