Air intake in light well?

The problem is, the wall penetration is very high up in the basement, if there is supposed to be a slope there, I can't get far.

Is a long pipe not problematic in terms of hygiene?

Is a simple HT pipe sufficient for that?

If at all, then KG - HT is not available in these sizes and also has no business underground.
