If it is a real developer, they are also the client and can therefore set the rule that extras must be ordered through me. They then hand over a finished house to me, I pay, I am the buyer. But if I am the client and thus the principal, I can order my additional sockets wherever I want. If necessary, I can also install them myself. As the client, none of us should accept contracts that prohibit such things. Also, none of us should accept contracts that forbid entering the construction site or require prior notification or similar. It is our land, our house, paid for in installments. What I have paid for belongs to me. Karsten

Even if he makes the rules, there are also real developers who are fair with additional requests, do not charge exorbitant prices for upgrades, and with whom you can settle everything directly with the executing craftsmen. We can also go to the construction site at any time and of course we do... You must not generalize building with a developer any more than the other models...

In the original poster's case, it is a real property developer.
He is buying, among other things, a condominium.

Of course, you can't generalize; but at least with the developer projects in our immediate vicinity, things are really taking off.

It starts with the fact that practically the very last remaining areas are being successfully marketed. Next to the terrace is a main road at the outskirts of town; at the end of the terraces is a gas station with 24-hour operation; only separated by a sheet metal fence.

The price was around 275,000 to 3xx,000 for an apartment.
(This place has just under 30,000 inhabitants)

I am just going to join this topic now, as it is exactly the same situation for me.

My electrician wants 30€ net per network double socket and per single socket (Gira System 55) including everything. It seemed a bit high to me "for that little plastic," but apparently I am not that far off the ideal price if I read the previous comments...

Additionally, 2.80€ per meter of network cable and 5.60€ for the conduit come on top (also net prices including installation).

Our general contractor offer: 94€ per socket. 34 distributed in the house included.

Besides sanitation, the reason for us moving away from the general contractor. We have now planned 170 sockets and 28 LAN. That would have made us poor.
