Even if he makes the rules, there are also real developers who are fair with additional requests, do not charge exorbitant prices for upgrades, and with whom you can settle everything directly with the executing craftsmen. We can also go to the construction site at any time and of course we do... You must not generalize building with a developer any more than the other models...

My electrician wants 30€ net per network double socket and per single socket (Gira System 55) including everything. It seemed a bit high to me "for that little plastic," but apparently I am not that far off the ideal price if I read the previous comments...

Additionally, 2.80€ per meter of network cable and 5.60€ for the conduit come on top (also net prices including installation).

Besides sanitation, the reason for us moving away from the general contractor. We have now planned 170 sockets and 28 LAN. That would have made us poor.
