What does "Abfolge" mean? "Abfolge" of planning, of tendering, of execution, of the interface ...

There is only partially a fixed 'sequence', especially not when it concerns an existing object.

To answer you honestly here, I cannot give you a reasonable answer as to which trade should be carried out when, because the individual timelines are not known. The trades definitely need to be coordinated. Exactly the questions you have already asked yourself. It must be agreed upon when the electrician can lay his cables, when the plumbing installation can be done, and so on and so forth.... I can only emphasize again, don’t do it yourself. Under certain circumstances, it will cost you more if the construction comes to a standstill just because, for example, the screed cannot be done because the underfloor heating is missing, the tightness test has not been done........ Really, it is not easy for a construction layperson, even if one knew the order in which things have to be done, to manage the timing.

But you can manage it as a building layman - to be honest, I didn't find it particularly difficult either, if you put some thought into the things.

There is already a basic sequence, but the trades do not follow each other serially, rather they interlock, sometimes in parallel, sometimes alternately.

And with the single-family house, it is not the masses showing up now...
