And otherwise unfortunately nothing - except that you probably don't have to worry about the roof. You already mentioned oil central heating, which is already more modern than storage heaters. I suspect the roller shutters are not original, but at least they are not mounted on the outside. Overall, the house gives me the impression that no cheapskate modernized it about thirty years ago (or someone who likes to spend money only once). Next to a house like this, I expect a Series 8, 200-series Benz with automatic transmission, and nothing extra, at most a radio without a cassette player. You should at least provide floor plans, preferably those from the building file.

So, here are just a few pictures.
They are mostly the first snapshots, the upper floor is still missing, but I think for a first impression this is okay.
Toilet and bathroom are on the ground floor, should be combined.
I have already asked for a floor plan, it will take a while since the heirs live at the other end of Bavaria.
Maybe I'll draw my own for rough orientation.

Oh, what is my stuffed animal doing in this magnificent and hopefully not given away by the declutterer classic buffet?

Elegant, where the vacuum cleaner has found its place  A similar clock hung in my parents' kitchen. My sister had it fitted with a new movement and rehung it after the renovation. Since my parents' house is of a similar age and has now been renovated, I can also imagine that in this house.

The property and house are certainly worth more than 200 k.

The little house looks great, really charming. I'm still planning to set aside a few extra thousand for additional tools, materials, and setbacks :(. For the renovation you're doing yourself, I would almost budget an extra construction vehicle / extra trailer—you work up the workload faster than you think, and two trailers speed up the process immensely with debris / new material, etc. Right now, I could almost use three :(
