I would place that in the realm of legends and myths. When I see how many EFKs explain things for laypeople on YouTube, the public prosecutor’s office should be all over that as well. By the way, knowledge is not a secret. Do I now have to show my master’s or journeyman’s certificate at every technical discussion so I don’t accidentally reveal guild secrets to a muggle?

Because: - Gas is such a special case that there is almost no reason for a layperson to handle it. Gas comes from the supplier into the house and from there usually with a very short line to the boiler - I can't connect sockets to gas - I can't connect lamps to gas - I don't extend gas lines in the wall - I don't lay gas for the wallbox in the garage - I can't connect Shelly etc. to gas lines (P.S. legally, Shellys are also not allowed to be installed by oneself) - Gas lines are not KNX-capable and so on. There are simply almost no use cases for laypeople, therefore no demand and certainly almost no explanations/videos on the internet. Electricity and water are things that have been explained thousands of times.
