Hello dear forum,

the more I read, the more puzzled I become.
The following situation:

I wanted to have a shell construction built for about 100,000 €.
The floor slab is additional (15,000 €)
I am calculating with 150,000 € for the plot costs.

I wanted to do the interior work completely by myself.
Or rather, through friends who have a painting or sanitary company.
Electricians, locksmiths, etc. are also available, or have agreed to help.

Is 85,000 € realistic for this or completely unrealistic?

Many thanks in advance,

the clueless :)

Without specifying the size of the house, it is difficult to assess; based on a gut feeling, I would say that with the land costs, it will not be enough. As a rough estimate, they always calculate about 280-290k for the house without the land and ancillary construction costs.

You need to reveal more (what living area is targeted, how many residential units, which level of equipment, ...)!

Help... define help for yourself! They are probably willing to stop by one Saturday. A friend electrician who offers you help surely means spending an afternoon turning simple sockets into double ones and wiring the carport? How much time have you calculated for the interior finishing? You do work, right? For an 80 sqm bungalow, all that might work out if you do one room first without a family, live there, so you can terminate the rental apartment. Because the financial double burden is not without consequence either. Regards

Windows, doors, roof, plaster, finishing costs,...??

Additional construction costs in general?
Otherwise, more details.

Roughly estimated, it might be tight with just the material.

It is about a single-family house with 4-5 rooms and approx. 140 m2

By help I mean that they assist several days a week in the evenings or during the day.
I have planned about 3-4 months until the interior finishing is complete.
