Hello everyone,

after an eternally long search, we have finally found a new development area in which there are ACTUALLY still three vacant building plots!! ;) These are the plots numbered 19 + 20 + 21 (see plan).

The area gently slopes downwards from the north - the main road of the village runs there, but it is not excessively busy. To the east is a nature reserve. To the south flows a small creek, which, according to the report, is 8 meters below the single-family houses, so no flooding should be expected. To the west are more building plots, and a shopping center is being built there.

Now the question of questions - which of the plots 19 or 20 or 21 would you choose?? Do you have any tips or advice on what we should pay attention to?? We are grateful for any feedback!!! :)

Unfortunately, time is very tight, we have to decide by tomorrow morning!!

A thousand thanks in advance and best regards :)

So on the one hand the plan is missing. On the other hand, I would personally not let myself be pressured so much when buying a plot of land.

Yes, the plan cannot be uploaded :/ I've already tried several times! Maybe I need to use the other computer....

One should not let oneself be rushed with such a decision.

Decide quickly?! Which house should go on the plot ==> does it fit? What are your requirements for the plot and the orientation? What does the development plan say? Without further information from you as well as the plan, there probably won't be any tips and your spontaneous (gut) decision might backfire

...finally!! Finally managed to upload the two plans!!!

Of course, you should take enough time! But after countless months of frustrating searching and always being too late because others acted faster, we definitely don't want to miss out on this great opportunity!! :)
