Right, it is included in most rental agreements under living area (proportional). But you don't think of something like that in such a case.

Thanks for the info.

Please excuse my ignorance, but I need to ask again what exactly "...[I]water- and air-permeable designs..." means.
Everyone in the construction area uses standard concrete blocks.

Thank you very much for your support.

They do it here too, and no one cares.
Conforming to the B plan would be gravel, chippings, granite crushed stone, Baltic Sea pebbles, Rhine pebbles or similar. We took granite crushed stone. It is pretty and cheap for the driveway. And it compacts nicely.

There are also permeable concrete blocks or stones that look like concrete. Concrete itself is sealed, the water simply has to be able to drain.

Water flows, a bath is tiled.... always wanted to write that [emoji2]

At a well-known hardware store, there is so-called "Pflaster Beton Drain" which looks like regular concrete paving with the description:

"The Drain paving combines aesthetics and environmental awareness in a special way. The noble, durable surfaces are available in various variants. Beneath them lies the water- and air-permeable core concrete. Through the 5 mm spacers molded in, the joints absorb surface water. The fine capillary system distributes the water there to flow evenly into the upper structure."

Does this also fall under the sealing required in the development plan?
