Regarding your draft with the elongated kitchen unit. On the east side, we would like to have access to the terrace. Due to space constraints, we rather see it on the east side. Possibly also around the corner towards the south.

Some suggestions have already been incorporated into the drafts:
- Front door not directly in front of the stairs
- Arrangement of rooms rotated by 90 degrees (suggestion by ypg)
- Kitchen island placed against the wall
- Bathroom and storage room swapped on the upper floor

It should only highlight the problem of the furnishings. However, questions come to my mind again: building line or boundary? Does it have to be a square? The problem of the floor plan also arises from the placement on the property.

no, you really have to give us some material and join the discussion.

It is a building boundary towards the street (west). Otherwise, we can place the house anywhere we want. We would like to place the carport/garage on the boundary to the north, as placing it in the south does not make much sense from our perspective. The garden is supposed to be there.
No, we do not necessarily want to build a square. An alternative that we also like is the Brandenburg house from GE-ES.

In any case, I want to say "thank you" that finally one of "our" builders is doing honest handiwork on buttered bread paper here, instead of just clicking together a "3D" simulation house.

you are right there: I can also work well with these drawings if the measurements or the graph paper underneath were visible
