If you place it up there...
Fitting a 10x10 utility room and an office on the ground floor is already quite a challenge. You have to be aware that there won't be much space left for generosity in the living area. How wide are the utility room and office in the latest version?
So if the version is supposed to work, it shouldn't be furnished like that. Maybe you could rotate the dining table by 90 degrees and pull the kitchen unit down for that.
But that also looks quite tight.
You have now drawn a new draft. What made you do that?
You have received some suggestions, but now no one knows whether you wanted to include them in the new draft or if you just drew something without thinking it through.
Please respond to the points like, yes, that's right, or no, I see it differently, etc.

Regarding your draft with the elongated kitchen unit. On the east side, we would like to have access to the terrace. Due to space constraints, we rather see it on the east side. Possibly also around the corner towards the south.
Some suggestions have already been incorporated into the drafts:
- Front door not directly in front of the stairs
- Arrangement of rooms rotated by 90 degrees (suggestion by ypg)
- Kitchen island placed against the wall
- Bathroom and storage room swapped on the upper floor
