Hi,
the weigh slips from the landfill should already be somewhat official. Meaning signed or stamped by the landfill. Since you also have to pay the value-added tax while he merely passes it on to you, _he must_ have official proof. Otherwise, he should actually have a serious problem with the tax office.
If the soil was extremely wet, I can imagine that it is somewhat heavier. But 50% more? That would have to be just a liquid mush?!?

Best regards,

Andreas

2m working space is also quite generous!

Strip foundation? Calculated as well?

PS. 13 euros is cheap, I have already seen 19 euros

We already dread the thought of refilling. How much material will we need? Does anyone know what that might cost? Our excavation material is not suitable for refilling, which is why we had it transported away.

I can also well imagine that with the quantity. Look away from that once into the soil report - maybe they had to excavate a bit deeper because a part has to be filled with gravel or similar for better load-bearing capacity? Hence also the large working space? After all, there is also a basement included, so you don’t have to fill everything up. But that will also cost something, because - at least close to the house, I would use permeable material and not clay slurry.

We get a 20cm layer of gravel for the load-bearing capacity. Is any sand suitable for backfilling? If yes, which grain size? Can it be mixed with excavated soil (even if it was not suitable)?

Can take a look at our offers tomorrow. Also need to do soil replacement due to clay-containing soil. Currently clarifying whether we can use recycling material for filling.
