For a controlled residential ventilation system, a room-air independent chimney is needed, possibly also a pressure monitor. I simply assume that your Swedish stove does not meet the requirements, just take a look at the documents and if necessary consult your heating or energy specialist.
Regarding the question of whether underfloor heating or conventional radiators: I think this should also be discussed with the specialist. I personally have had and will have underfloor heating again, don't like those radiators sticking to the walls anymore ;)
