So, the first financing request resulted in an interest rate of 1.5% for a loan amount of 398,000 and an interest lock-in period of 20 years. For 25 years, it was 1.52% and for 30 years, 1.65%. I would almost prefer 25 years.

Ask DEVK and Degussa, you can still get 0.1-0.15% there.

What happens if I currently have three online inquiries running, does my Schufa score not worsen due to the condition inquiries?

As long as they are purely condition inquiries, that has no impact. Actually, the banks should know that, but for some reason it doesn’t work for some. Through the online check of the Schufa, I also saw with us that a bank had directly submitted a credit inquiry.

However, online requests are worth just as much as the catalog price of a single-family house. It is a lure.

That was not a direct online inquiry but an offer from the financial broker or a conditions inquiry. Of course, something can still change when the house value is estimated and the original floor plan is available, but Emir was informed that the offer is feasible as is, or what do you think? According to Baufinanzierung, I would get 0.94% interest over 25 years online... That is a bait offer.
