WW storage sizing for district heating?

How large should our hot water storage tank be?

- District heating
- House 180 m2 with underfloor heating
- New building according to energy saving ordinance standard
- 4 people
- 2 'normal' showers
- and 1 normally sized bathtub in the house

Our installer suggests 190 l and our district heating operator considers 300 l more sensible.

What do you say?

What is the output of the district heating station? I would tend towards downsizing. The 190l heats back up to bathing temperature in no time. With normal use, it never runs out.
