The baby has to sleep at 12:30 every day, not just on holidays. So the excuse is rather weak. We also have a one-year-old, and 10 meters away (our only real direct neighbor) is building right now, and it gets loud during the week as well. As if anyone would care about a lunch break. Either he sleeps then or tough luck. @ and I'm not exaggerating. Actually, the rule violations here are even much more serious. But when he started shaking the driveway around 12:30 p.m., I had to intervene. Our then 1-year-old child couldn't sleep and just kept crying... no wonder with that noise...
