Without a plan for the home

Cool! I think that's totally great! Old houses have so much history (ok not all, but some). I also like DIY - but with a full-time working husband and an almost school-aged child, it's just not possible. We neither have the time, nor do I have the necessary strength alone - and also not the expertise for electrical work, etc. It would probably go like with Elina, and that just won't do. So we'll have others do the work and just pay for it. The garden has to be enough for DIY, that will be complicated enough.
