Hello everyone,
I would like to hear your opinion on the following problem:
Our condominium was built in 1994 and has wooden windows that are still in good condition. The panes fog up from the inside. Specifically, where the pane meets the frame. Almost directly at the seams. The seams are fine and have been re-caulked. The problem occurs in all rooms.
Others have this problem too.
With ventilation, heating, ventilation, heating, it can be managed well. However, if you are away for a longer period, you have the problem that mold slowly creeps in. But it goes away again with ventilation and heating. Also, if you do not ventilate at least 3 times on Monday for 10 minutes each, it starts to mold.
Can someone help me how to solve this problem permanently?
