Window with warm edge in an old building?

we need to replace a window (130x130cm) in a small room with relatively high humidity at short notice. The walls are 30cm pumice. I am now unsure whether the warm edge would be good or bad in this case. Mold formation should be prevented, preferably no water, but if water, then rather on the window than on the wall...

Even if you execute the edge seal of the insulated glass unit as a warm edge, the heat transfer remains relatively high here. The warm edge does nothing other than use insulation-optimized spacers and thus best preserve the purpose of the glazing cavities. Also read "What exactly is a 'warm edge'?" in my external posts.

Condensation on the window as an indicator for ventilation does not work with "airtight" thermal insulation windows, regardless of how they are constructed in detail.
