Hello dear community,
I am currently building a house and my windows have been installed.
I have large triangular windows in my attic.
The length of the window is just under 5 meters at the bottom and 1.40 meters high.
I have noticed the following problem:
After the installation of the windows, wooden wedges were attached at the bottom to initially bear the weight of the window.
The windows were fixed with two flanges on each slanted side.
The cavities between the interior masonry were filled with PU foam.
Since a roll layer had to be built, the bricklayers removed the wedges. The result was that the window sagged on one side due to its own weight. I told the window installer, who adjusted the window again BEFORE laying the roll layer.
The windows were removed to reduce the load on the roll layer. After that, the bricklayers removed the wedges again and built the roll layer. However, the window sagged again.
What should be done here?
The window is now slightly crooked and the foam no longer seals the cavities. Above all, one should consider that the window will eventually be opened and the load can therefore become significantly higher.
Here are the photos I took today:

How should one proceed here and how serious is it?
